ACITS Pine - AnswersWhy Create New Folders?Pine's default folder, "saved-messages" is helpful, but it does not organize your messages by content or sender. For example, you might want to separate your personal mail from your business-related mail by having folders named "work" and "personal". If you want to organize your saved messages by, say, sender's name or by message subject, you can create folders for each person or topic when you save the message.
