All notices are sent by email to the user account. Users should check their email regularly to make sure that there is not any outstanding accounting issues. All billing is done using a billing software program and is automatic. If your account has been closed because of a billing issue, please contact us at accounts@hardlink.net with the needed billing information and we will reactivate your account.
Examples of violations of our Acceptable Use Policy would be to have programs such as: nuke, unshad, crack, pepsi, winnuke, sping, or any other hacker/cracker program on our system. Users are to stay in their home directory and not try to exploit holes on Hardlink systems. Stay away from our passwd/shadow files!
