Home page for the news.admin.net-abuse.* newsgroups, including pointers
to their charters and FAQs. The FAQs contains definitions of the
commonly-accepted terms used to describe net abuses, among other things.

The FTP archive of the FAQs for USENET users contains a great deal of
helpful information on general netiquette, particularly as it pertains
to news.

Abuse FAQ
An excellent FAQ detailing all aspects of email abuse, including a
large list of additional information sources. It is explains how to
file complaints about abuse, filter your email, and more. The FAQ
